有毒植物

有毒植物------王民聲
植物是美化環境﹑並為人類及動物提供養料;但有些植物不能隨便食用﹑甚至觸摸亦不太安全。事實上,物种起源來看﹑至今存在于世上的植物全部都是「有益」的﹑并無「有害」之說﹑只是一些植物在代謝過程中產生某些有毒﹑有害成分。例如有毒的生物﹑蛋白﹑有機酸﹑無機化合物或有毒的胺﹑酚﹑﹑﹑﹑醚﹑醇﹑類等。當人類誤食或過量﹑才會產生有害作用。
其實,有益與有害是一組相對的概念﹑兩者均可相互轉化。一种植物, 某個角度看,某一條件下是有益的。反之亦然﹑則是有害的。有害的植物﹑如使用得當,利用其微量的有害的成分,就會產生有益的效果。如很多消炎﹑希菌﹑抗癌的藥用植物﹑均屬此類。

Actually, beneficial and harmful is group of relative concept, both may transform mutually. One kind of plant, from a certain point of view, under some condition is beneficial. Vice versa, is harmful. The harmful plant, like use is appropriate, uses its micro harmful ingredient, can produce the beneficial results.
