去年今日4月8日上午,澳洲悉尼海關,扣查前無線電視編劇王民聲，誤作被通緝的解放軍，涉及軍火和毒品走私。搜查行李有冇攜帶手槍。恐嚇王民聲，講大話要坐監一年 ，查詢一連串問題：包括被指有幾個妻子及兒子，作為編劇的我，鎮定回答。香港入境事務處，接獲香港居民境外的求助電話（xx-214-14檔案) 香港入境事務處，即時向澳洲悉尼海關提出交涉，最後批准無條件入境，澳洲觀光。澳洲悉尼海關並無道歉，由上午七時扣留達四小時，沒有提供一杯水、最後我用英語說（Please give me some water!）8-4-2015對此深表遺憾
