君子蘭－－王民聲 又名劍葉石蕊、達木蘭、大花君子蘭
英文名稱：Clivia niniata

原產地 ：南非洲
葉 ：深綠色，扇形對生，長帶狀、先端鈍。厚而有光澤。
花 ：喇叭狀，簇生，橙、黃、紅橙色。冬天春天為花期。
果 ：紅色漿果。春天夏天為果期
特徵 ：常綠球莖。根粗、肉質。生長快。半蔭地方，直接陽光會灼傷葉子。它不是蘭科植物，花形同蘭花差別很大，不具芳香。君子蘭主要分二種：垂笑君子蘭，大花君子蘭。大花君子蘭基部由葉基形成的假鱗莖。花莖直立。垂笑君子蘭則花稍下垂，花被狹漏斗狀，較前者細小。種君子蘭注意四季栽培，「春忌風吹，夏避日照，秋防雨淋，冬不乾燥。」
栽培 ：喜半日照、濕潤、肥沃、疏鬆，排水良好微酸泥土。適溫15℃-25℃。
繁殖 ：一般以分匍匐莖。
