澳洲漁人碼頭這裡發售各式各樣的新鮮海產：生蠔、龍蝦、巨蟹、虎蝦、鮑魚、翡翠螺、帶子、海魚...，有生有熟，全部均以超低價發售，好像塔斯曼里亞太平洋生蠔，一打只是 12.9 澳元；澳洲大龍蝦由 26.99 至 49.99 澳元不等；扇貝 1.3 澳元，大家大可買回酒店慢慢品嘗。
如果想買到新鮮的海產，早上 11 時或之前來 Sydney Fish Market，一定會有收獲，否則只能吃「隔夜」飯。
