桂花一一王民聲
又名: 金桂、岩桂、木犀、金粟。
英文名稱: Osmanthus fragrans
科 : 木犀科
原產地 : 中國、西南部和中部。
葉 : 單葉對生, 橢圓形披針形, 先漸尖。有鋸齒。新葉淡紅。
花 : 花小, 黃白色、白色, 極芳香, 簇生。一般9-10月為花期。可制桂花酒。
果 : 核果, 橢圓形。
特徵 : 常綠灌木, 全年開花, 而在溫帶地區, 只有秋天開花。極芳香, 可傳播較 遠地方。所以有「金風十裏桂花香」這個美譽。花是名貴的香料, 亦是中國十大名花之一。
栽培 : 喜陽光、半日照、濕潤、深土、排水良好、含腐殖質、偏酸沙質泥土。適溫14℃-26℃
繁殖 : 一般扦插、高壓法。
