Datura flower

Datura flower (scientific name: Datura stramonium, Sanskrit: māndārava[2], Pali: mandārava[3], English: Thorn apple) is a plant of the genus Datura of the Solanaceae family, also known as the genus Datura flower, dog walnut, drunk peach, and crazy eggplant Children, Nanyang Golden Flower, Mountain Eggplant, Phoenix Eggplant Flower, Korean Morning Glory, Ventura Flower [4]. For centuries, Datura has been used as a herbal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve asthma symptoms and as an analgesic for surgery or bones. It is also a powerful hallucinogen and delirium.
