Cycad

Cycad is the only genus of Cycadaceae in the order of Cycas in taxonomy, and it is a gymnosperm. Cycads, also known as cycads, phoenix irons, and phoenix bananas. Cycads are the oldest seed plants surviving on the earth. They originated in the Indian subcontinent in the Paleozoic era and have a history of 280 million years. It reached its peak during the Jurassic to Cretaceous period, spread all over the world, and became the main food of dinosaurs.
