Molan: Molan has broad leaves, generally up to 2-4.2 cm wide and about 25-80 cm long. 2-5 leaves are born on pseudo bulbs. The pseudocorm is larger, 1.5-2.5 cm in diameter. The leaves are shiny, with a shallow "V" shape in cross section or flat leaf surfaces, and the leaf edges are usually without serrations. The peduncle is erect, generally higher than the leaf frame. Racemes, with more than 5-20 flowers, and the blooming diameter of the flowers is about 2.5-5 cm. Sepals and petals are usually narrowly lanceolate. The lips are drooping and recurved. The flower color is mostly lavender-brown with dark purple-brown stripes. Flowering period from late autumn to February of the following year, with a sweet fragrance.
